Online Therapy and Supervision in Oregon & Washington

Therapy for the

Over-It Overachiever.

For the ones tired of doing the most, carrying everyone else's expectations, and proving their worth by rules that were never fair to begin with. Especially Black, Brown, biracial, and multiracial individuals navigating the added weight of cultural, family, and systemic expectations.

I can help you if you feel

  • Burnt out and disconnected

You’ve been running on empty for so long that rest feels unfamiliar. We’ll help you reconnect with your needs and rebuild a life that supports your whole self.

  • Stuck in old patterns

Even when you know better, the same dynamics keep pulling you back—family expectations, cultural pressures, internalized beliefs. Together, we’ll untangle them and create new, sustainable ways of relating.

  • Unsure how to value yourself

You give everything to others and struggle to believe you deserve the same care. We’ll strengthen boundaries, self-worth, and a sense of value that isn’t tied to productivity.

Lasting change begins with understanding how you relate to yourself, others and the world around you — this is work that goes beyond coping.

My personal experience informs my work, but therapy is always centred on you. I offer a grounded, collaborative space where you are seen as a whole person — not a diagnosis to fix. Clients often describe our work as compassionate, thoughtful, and gently challenging.

What Changes When You Feel Whole?

Boundaries Without the Guilt

You can care about people without being responsible for everyone. Together, we'll work on saying no, making room for your own needs, and recognizing that disappointing someone doesn't mean you've done something wrong.

Being Seen, Not Just Needed

You deserve relationships where you're valued for who you are, not just what you do for others. Together, we'll explore how to build connections where you can ask for support, show up authentically, and let someone else be the strong one sometimes.

A Life That Actually Feels Like Yours

When you've spent years meeting family, cultural, and societal expectations, it can be hard to know what you want. Therapy can help you reconnect with your identity, values, and choices — without feeling like you have to prove your worth along the way.

Rest Without Having to Earn It

Imagine being able to slow down without feeling like you should be doing more. We'll explore the pressure to always be productive and begin separating your worth from how much you accomplish.

Let’s Find the Support That Fits You

  • Online Individual Therapy

Identity-centered therapy for overachievers, people pleasers, and the ones tired of doing it all. Together, we'll explore burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and the personal, cultural, and systemic expectations shaping your life.

  • Training for Therapists

Practical, engaging workshops and professional education grounded in real-world clinical experience, relational care, and systemic awareness.

  • Clinical Supervision

Individual and group supervision for therapists in Oregon and Washington. A collaborative space to ask questions, explore clinical challenges, and grow without the pressure to have it all figured out.

You Don’t Have to Please Anyone Here

You've spent enough time being the overachiever, the people pleaser, and the one everyone counts on. Therapy shouldn't be another place where you feel like you have to get everything right.

At Whole Worth Counseling, there's room to show up as you are, question the expectations you've been carrying, and figure out what you actually want — without having to perform, impress, or earn your place.

No pressure. No performance. No need to have it all figured out.

Hiya, I'm Frankie, the therapist in your corner.

As a biracial therapist, I know that identity, belonging, and the expectations we carry aren't always simple. I also know that sometimes being the strong one, the dependable one, or the one who always figures it out comes at a cost.

My approach to therapy is relational, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that your experiences don't exist in a vacuum. We can't talk about who you are without acknowledging the relationships, cultures, communities, and systems that have shaped your story.

I'm not here to tell you who you should be. I'm here to get curious with you, challenge the narratives that no longer serve you, and make room for the parts of yourself that haven't always had space.
